The Summit Dental Excellence office is located at 850 Summit Ave. in Oconomowoc, WI. We are just across from the ProHealth Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital. If traveling north on Summit Ave. you will pass WI-67 Bypass on your right and continue a few blocks north to our office.

Drs. Lehman, Malak & Capoulos take immense pride in upholding the remarkable dental legacy of delivering tailored, compassionate care to the Oconomowoc community. This legacy was initiated by Dr. Art Jahn in the late 1970s and carried forward by Dr. Matt Lehman for an impressive span of 25 years. The tradition of excellence and dedication remained steadfast as Dr. Allison Lehman, the daughter of Dr. Matt Lehman, joined forces in 2012 and eventually assumed the reins of the practice in 2020. With the retirement of Dr. Matt Lehman, the team welcomed the addition of Dr. Alicia Malak in 2020, who later became a partner in 2022.
